Can I use the songs commercially?
No. Songs, stems and lyric videos made in MusicTune AI are for personal, non-commercial use on every plan: listening, sharing with friends and family, and personal posts that aren’t monetized. The Terms of Service don’t grant commercial rights: no monetized YouTube or TikTok, no releases on Spotify or other streaming services, no ads, no business or client use, and no Content ID or copyright registration. Paying for MusicTune Pro does not change this.

What counts as personal use
- A birthday, wedding or holiday song sent to the person, played at the party, kept at home.
- A post on a personal account that isn’t monetized.
- Practice, karaoke and a remix you keep or share with friends.
If you need commercial rights, for a business, a monetized channel, a client or a release, a tool whose plan includes them is the right choice; our guide to choosing an AI song maker and the comparison with Suno say so plainly. The full text is in the Terms of Service.
