MusicTune AIA graduation song with their name
Make a graduation song for your daughter, son, friend or classmate on your iPhone, iPad or Android phone. There’s no graduation template, so you describe the song in Simple mode in up to 300 characters, with their name, the school and what comes next, and MusicTune AI writes the lyrics, sings them and produces the music. You get two versions, usually in about a minute.

How to make a graduation song
- Install MusicTune AI on your iPhone, iPad or Android device and open it. No sign-up needed.
- Tap Create and stay in Simple mode.
- Describe the song in up to 300 characters, for example: “An uplifting pop song for my daughter Maya, who graduates from Lincoln High tomorrow, loves volleyball and is off to study marine biology in San Diego.”
- Pick a style (300+ styles in 11 categories) and a mood, or leave them to the AI, and tap Generate song. You get two versions, usually in about a minute.
Want every word exactly right?
Use Custom mode and write the lyrics yourself, up to 5,000 characters: the names, the school, the teacher’s catchphrase, the inside jokes. MusicTune AI sings them as you wrote them, and you choose the style, mood, voice (female, male or auto) and tempo. This is the way to go for a class song where every name has to be in it.
Ideas for your song
- From the parents to the graduate, about the years that got them here and what’s next.
- A class song for the whole year group, written in Custom mode and shared as one link.
- A kindergarten or elementary school graduation song, playful and kid-friendly.
- A thank-you song for the teachers, from the class.
- An opener for the graduation party playlist.
- A song from the graduation photo: the AI writes a song inspired by the picture.
Good to know
- The AI writes the lyrics from your description, but it isn’t guaranteed to sing the name or the school exactly as you say them. Read the lyrics in the app before you share, or write them yourself in Custom mode.
- It can’t sound like a famous graduation song or singer: there are no celebrity or sound-alike voices, and descriptions can’t use artist names. The AI writes an original song.
- Our Terms allow personal, non-commercial use: playing it at the party and sharing it with the class is fine; monetized posts, ads and business use are not.
Graduation song FAQ
Is there a graduation template in the app?
No. Describe the song in Simple mode (up to 300 characters) or write your own lyrics in Custom mode (up to 5,000 characters). For a classmate or a friend, the Friendship template (friend’s name, memories, inside jokes, a theme) also works.
Can it include their name and the school?
The AI writes the lyrics from the details you enter, but it isn’t guaranteed to sing the name, and an unusual name may be pronounced differently. Read the lyrics in the app before you share the song. If you want every word exactly right, write your own lyrics in Custom mode and MusicTune AI will sing them.
Can I make one song for the whole class?
Yes. Write the lyrics in Custom mode so every name is in it, then share the song’s link with the class or play it at the ceremony or the party.
Which languages can it be in?
In Simple mode the song is written and sung in your app language; 13 are available: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Turkish, Arabic, Japanese, Indonesian, Chinese, Tagalog and Korean. In Custom mode your own lyrics are sung as you wrote them.
Can we play it at the graduation party?
For personal use, yes: send the link, play it at the party or post it on a personal account that isn’t monetized. Our Terms don’t grant commercial rights, so no monetized YouTube or TikTok, no streaming releases, no ads and no business use.
How long does it take?
Usually a minute or two, and you get two versions. In most cases you can start listening while the song is still being made.
Is it free?
Your first creation is free and gives you two versions. After that you can watch a short ad for a free creation once every 12 hours (when an ad is available), or use MusicTune Pro or a song pack. See pricing.
