How to make a Thanksgiving song

  1. Install MusicTune AI on your iPhone, iPad or Android device. From November 1 to November 30, the Thanksgiving template is shown first on the Home screen.
  2. Optionally add who it’s dedicated to: a name, “Grandma and Grandpa” or “the whole family”.
  3. Under Personal touch, write what you’re thankful for and a few family moments. Real details make the song: names, the dish everyone fights over, the yearly football game, the first Thanksgiving with a new baby.
  4. Pick the song language and tap Generate song. You get two versions, usually in a minute or two.

Making it before November 1?

Use Simple mode and describe the song in up to 300 characters, for example: “A warm Thanksgiving song for the Rivera family: Grandma’s pumpkin pie, the backyard football game and being thankful we’re all together.” The AI writes the lyrics and the title. Or write the lyrics yourself in Custom mode and choose the style, mood, voice and tempo.

Ideas for your song

  • A thank-you song for your parents or grandparents, with their names and a favorite memory.
  • A funny family song about the turkey, the leftovers and who always falls asleep on the couch.
  • A song for family far away, to send before dinner.
  • A short song to open the meal, in your family’s language.

How to send it

  • Share the song’s link in any chat, card or email. It opens a web page with a player, so they don’t need the app.
  • On songs with synced lyrics (most songs), make a vertical lyric video for WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok: the 15-second chorus clip is free, the full-length video needs Pro.
  • With MusicTune Pro, download the MP3 to keep or play anywhere.

Thanksgiving song FAQ

Is there a Thanksgiving template in the app?

Yes. From November 1 to November 30 the Thanksgiving template appears first on the Home screen. It asks who the song is dedicated to (optional) and what you’re thankful for. At other times, describe your song in Simple mode.

Can the song include our names?

Yes. Put the names in the dedication or in the personal touch, and the AI works them into the lyrics.

Which languages can it be in?

You choose the song language in the template. In Simple mode the song comes out in your app language (13 are available), and in Custom mode your own lyrics are sung as you wrote them.

How long does it take?

Usually a minute or two, and each creation gives you two versions to choose from.

Can I share it or post it?

Yes, for personal use: send the link, play it at home or at a family gathering, or post it on a personal account that isn’t monetized. Our Terms don’t grant commercial rights, so no monetized YouTube or TikTok, no streaming releases, no ads and no business use.

Is it free?

Your first creation is free and gives you two versions. After that you can watch a short ad for a free creation once every 12 hours (when an ad is available), or use MusicTune Pro or a song pack. See pricing.
