Before you write
- Billing & subscriptions: purchases are managed by the App Store / Google Play. You can view or cancel a subscription in your store account settings. For refunds, contact Apple or Google.
- Delete your data or account: open the app → Settings → and choose Delete your data / Delete account.
- A song didn’t generate: any credit used for a failed generation is automatically returned.
Helpful details to include
- Your device and OS (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18).
- The app version (Settings → About).
- A short description of what happened and, if possible, a screenshot.
