Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using MusicTune AI (the “app”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the app. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Your license to use the app

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial and permitted use, subject to these terms and the rules of the Apple App Store and Google Play.

4. Credits, subscriptions & billing

Creating songs uses credits. You can obtain credits through free allowances, rewarded ads, one-time purchases, or a subscription (“Pro”).

• Purchases and subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices, credit amounts, and bonus offers may change; changes apply going forward.
• Except where required by law or store policy, purchases and used credits are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

5. Content you create

You are responsible for the prompts, descriptions, lyrics, and images you provide. As between you and MusicTune, you may use the songs you generate for your personal and lawful purposes. To operate the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content — including making a song and its link publicly accessible when you choose to make it public or share it.

Because songs are generated by AI, outputs may be unexpected, may resemble existing works, and are provided without any guarantee of originality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use the songs you create.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to create or share content that: infringes others’ intellectual property or rights; is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or sexually exploitative; impersonates a person or brand; or attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, trademarks, and software are owned by MusicTune AI and its licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not grant you rights to our names, logos, or branding.

8. Third-party services

The app relies on third-party services (for example, app stores, cloud infrastructure, payment management, notifications, advertising, and AI model providers). Your use of the app may also be subject to their terms.

9. Copyright & takedowns

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content available through the app infringes your copyright, contact us at cihatakkiraz@gmail.com with a description of the work, the infringing material, your contact details, and a good-faith statement. We will review and respond appropriately.

10. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MusicTune AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at MusicTune AI’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
