A free AI song generator app: a free song every day, no subscription

MusicTune AI is a free-to-start AI song generator for iPhone, iPad and Android. Your first creation is free and gives you two full-length songs with vocals. After that, watching a short ad gives you a free creation once every 12 hours, whenever an ad is available. No subscription and no sign-up are needed, and one-time song packs are there if you want more songs without subscribing.

Free to start · iPhone, iPad and Android

What you get for free

Your first creation, free, one per device: two versions of your song, full length (usually 2 to 5 minutes), with AI vocals, lyrics, a title and cover art.
After that, one free creation (two songs) every 12 hours by watching a short ad, when an ad is available. In the app the button reads Watch ad +2 songs.
Every way to start a song: describe it in Simple mode (up to 300 characters), paste your own lyrics in Custom mode (up to 5,000 characters), pick a photo, or use an occasion template such as Birthday, Wedding, Anniversary, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Friendship, Apology or Farewell.
A link to each song that opens in any browser, and a free 15-second lyric-video clip of the chorus on songs with synced lyrics.
No account: you start as a guest. Connect Google or Apple only if you want a backup.

How the free song every day works

Install MusicTune AI on your iPhone, iPad or Android device and open it. No sign-up.
Make your first song: on the Home screen, under For an occasion, pick a template, or tap Create and describe your song, paste lyrics or choose a photo. Your first creation is free and makes two versions.
When you’re out of credits, the app shows Out of song credits with the choice of watching an ad, buying a pack or subscribing. Watch the short ad and you get one creation, which makes two songs.
The ad reward comes back every 12 hours; the app shows Next free reward in …. If no ad is available at that moment, the app tells you; try again a little later.
Want no ads or more songs? A song pack adds songs without any subscription; MusicTune Pro adds 30 or 100 songs a period and halves the wait to 6 hours.

What needs MusicTune Pro

MP3 download, the full-length lyric video (the 15-second clip is free), private songs (switching off “Show in Explore”), the “Write with AI” lyric writer, up to 3 creations at once, and a 6-hour ad wait instead of 12.
Pro is $9.99 a week for 30 songs or $14.99 a month for 100 songs in the US, the same on the App Store and Google Play. Each creation counts as two songs, unused songs don’t roll over, prices vary by country, and it renews until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play account.

Song packs: pay once, no subscription

One-time packs that never expire. US App Store prices on 29 October 2026: 30 songs $4.99, 60 songs $7.99, 130 songs $12.99, 240 songs $17.99, 500 songs $29.99. Google Play shows its own price before you buy.

Free, but not unlimited: the honest limits

One free creation every 12 hours, and only when an ad is available.
Songs made in Simple or Custom mode appear in the public Explore feed by default; only Pro members can switch that off. Anyone with a song’s link can open it.
Songs are for personal, non-commercial use on every plan: listening, sharing with friends and family, personal posts that aren’t monetized. No monetized YouTube or TikTok, no Spotify releases, no ads, no business use. Paying for Pro doesn’t add commercial rights.
There is no web or desktop version. Songs are made in the app and need an internet connection.
If a song can’t be made, the credit is normally returned automatically; if it isn’t, contact support.

How this compares with other free AI song apps

Checked on 27 October 2026 on each app’s own page or store listing.

Suno: its site says the free plan lets you “create up to 10 songs a day, no credit card required”; commercial rights come with paid plans. Web, iPhone and Android.
Boppy: its Google Play listing says “Free songs come with a short ad” and that Premium is “US$5.99 a month” with no ads. Android and iPhone.
MusicTune AI: first creation free, then one free creation every 12 hours after an ad; Pro from $9.99 a week; personal use only; iPhone, iPad and Android; occasion templates and photo-to-song.

If you need commercial rights or dozens of songs a day, one of the others is the better choice. If you want one personal song today, free, on your phone, MusicTune AI is built for that. Our guide to choosing an AI song maker goes through the whole checklist.
