How to make a personalized birthday song
- Install MusicTune AI on your iPhone, iPad or Android device and open it. No sign-up needed.
- On the home screen, under For an occasion, tap Birthday.
- Enter the birthday star’s name and age, and choose whether the song is about her, him or them.
- Add a personal touch: hobbies, inside jokes or a memory to include. You can also mention a mood, like funny or heartfelt.
- Pick the song language: English, Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Japanese or Arabic.
- Tap Generate song. Both versions are usually ready in a minute or two, and in most cases you can start listening while they’re being made.

Tips for a birthday song they’ll love
- Be specific. “Loves tacos, karaoke and her dog Luna” gives the AI more to write about than “fun person”.
- Listen to both versions and send the one that fits best.
- Read the lyrics before you send it. Want every word exactly right, including the name? Use Custom mode: write the lyrics yourself, then pick the style, mood, voice and tempo.
Good to know
- Each birthday song uses one creation, the same as any other song.
- If a song can’t be made, the credit is normally returned to your balance automatically. If it isn’t, contact support.
- You need an internet connection to create and play songs.

What does the Birthday template ask for?
The birthday person’s name and age, whether the song is about her, him or them, an optional personal touch and the song language. MusicTune AI writes and sings a birthday song for them from those details.
Will the song say their name?
The AI writes the lyrics from the name, age and details you enter, but it isn’t guaranteed to sing the name, and an unusual name may be pronounced differently. Read the lyrics in the app before you share the song. If you want to choose every word yourself, write your own lyrics in Custom mode and MusicTune AI will sing them.
Can I make a birthday song in Spanish, Turkish or another language?
Yes. Birthday songs have their own language choice: English, Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Japanese or Arabic.
Can I choose the music style?
The Birthday template has no style picker: the AI chooses a style that fits, and you can describe the mood you want in the personal touch box. For full control over style, mood, voice and tempo, use Custom mode with your own lyrics.
How long does a birthday song take?
Usually a minute or two, and you get two versions. In most cases you can start listening while the song is still being made.
Is it free?
Your first creation is free and gives you two versions. After that you can watch a short ad for a free creation once every 12 hours (when an ad is available), or use MusicTune Pro or a song pack. See pricing.
