How to make a Halloween song
- Install MusicTune AI on your iPhone, iPad or Android device and open it. No sign-up needed. From October 1 to October 31, the Halloween template is shown first on the Home screen.
- Pick a Halloween theme: Spooky (preselected), Fun, Party or Kid-friendly.
- Under Personal touch, add the details: who it’s for and their names, the costumes, the monsters, the street you trick-or-treat on, a spooky story.
- Pick the song language (English, Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Japanese or Arabic) and tap Generate song. You get two versions, usually in a minute or two.
Making it in November, or any other time?
Use Simple mode and describe the song in up to 300 characters, for example: “A spooky but silly Halloween song for Mia and Noah, dressed as a witch and a T-rex, trick-or-treating on Maple Street with our dog Biscuit.” The AI writes the lyrics and the title. Or write your own lyrics in Custom mode and pick the style, mood, voice and tempo yourself.

Is there a Halloween template in the app?
Yes. From October 1 to October 31 the Halloween template appears first on the Home screen. It asks for a theme (Spooky, Fun, Party or Kid-friendly) and a personal touch. The rest of the year, describe your song in Simple mode or write your own lyrics in Custom mode.
Can the song include my kids’ names and costumes?
Yes. Put them in the personal touch (“Mia is a witch, Noah is a T-rex”) and the AI works them into the lyrics. It isn’t guaranteed to sing a name exactly as you say it, so read the lyrics in the app before you share the song.
Can I make a Halloween song that isn’t scary?
Yes. Choose the Fun, Party or Kid-friendly theme. Kid-friendly keeps it playful rather than frightening.
Can it sound like a famous Halloween song or singer?
No. There are no celebrity or sound-alike voices, and song descriptions can’t use artist names. The AI writes an original song.
Which languages can it be in?
You choose the song language in the template: English, Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Japanese or Arabic. In Simple mode the song comes out in your app language (13 are available), and in Custom mode your own lyrics are sung as you wrote them.
Can I use it in my Halloween video or at my party?
For personal use, yes: send the link, play it at the party or post it on a personal account that isn’t monetized. Our Terms don’t grant commercial rights, so no monetized YouTube or TikTok, no streaming releases, no ads and no business use.
How long does it take?
Usually a minute or two, and you get two versions. In most cases you can start listening while the song is still being made.
Is it free?
